Tuna Pase and Barkın Engin released the debut album of their collaboration “Hazy Stars” back in October 2014. The duo returns after four years with their second album titled “Rest”.

Produced by Pase and Engin between December 2016– June 2018, Rest contains eight tracks which display a diverse set of musical influences and showcases a more inclusive approach to instrumentation. Improvisation forms again the backbones for the initial compositional stages yet the tracks have a more distinctive sense of form and reflect elaborate sonic sculpturing without discarding traditional notions regarding melody, harmony and rhythm.
